Tuchel ‘aura’ blowing stars away as new era begins:’Like I’ve never seen before’

Thomas Tuchel has seen an “Aura” in contrast to everything that Morgan Rogers has seen in a manager.

Aston Villa star Rogers revealed that the new boss of England has recorded “some serious ideas” in his attempt to win the World Cup 2026.

On Friday, Tuchel will start the new era of the Three Lions with a world cup qualification against Albania in a sold -out Wembley.

Rogers is managed by Unai Emery in Villa and worked under Pep Guardiola in Manchester City.

But he said about Tuchel: “His Aura is one that I have never experienced before. Certain managers have different ways about them. It's hard to describe, but he has such a level of trust.

“He has been so cooled and calm. But if it's time to work, it's time to work. That is the atmosphere I got from him.

“You know what he has done in the game and the respect he received from managers and players with whom he collaborated. You know that he comes in with a number of serious ideas.”

Ex-Bayern Munich, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain Boss Tuchel, 51, have deposited his plans to win the World Cup next year during his first team meeting in St George's Park.

Rogers, who won two English caps under interim boss Lee Carsley, added: “That is the only goal. He was very clear and transparent with what we should improve. It was very upright, not a cutting corners.

“It was certainly taken on board and a first message to continue and guide us through the camps.”

Rogers and the Three Lions Squad will prepare for Tottenham's training field on Thursday prior to the Albania match, with a collision at home against Latvia on Monday.

The attacking midfielder, 22, discovered that he was in the team when he woke up on a text early on Friday before he trained with Villa.

And he is fully prepared for the Tuchel standards because of the high bar Emery -Sets.

He said: “There is never a moment of rest. If you expect it the least, Unai will get you out and tell you about yourself.

“I can think of the best games I have had and he will batter me for a small thing that I did in the 20th minute. But once you understand why he does it, you take it on board.”
