Thomas Tuchel gave an injury update about Anthony Gordon after the Newcastle star fell to the ground after the last whistle of England's collision against Albania on Friday.
The 24-year-old seemed to feel discomfort in his left leg and required medical help.
After the last whistle, Gordon went directly to the tunnel while his teammates from England applaud the supporters who were present at Wembley.
The wing player of the Magpies stepped on the field in the 74th minute, to replace Marcus Rashford, only a few moments before the men of Tuchel doubled the pipe.
After the injury fear, the German boss shared an update about the condition of the player.
“He looks wounded,” he said when he questioned or Gordon was a setback. 'First of all, I thought it was his stomach, but it is his hip and it doesn't look good. It's a bit disturbing. '
Gordon was a valuable addition to Tuchel's first English team during a very successful season for Newcastle.
The 24-year-old has always been present for the magpies under Eddie Howe, who last week ended their long waiting time for a trophy by beating Liverpool in the final of the Carabao Cup.
In general, the Everton Academy product scored nine goals and added six assists for the Magpies this campaign.
Gordon appeared only 16 minutes on Friday and had no significant impact on the debut of Tuchel against Albania.
England claimed an impressive 2-0 win, although it was clear that the team still takes more time to adapt to the innovative ideas of the former Chelsea boss.
Myles Lewis-Skelly marked his senior international debut with a goal in just 20 minutes on the field, which broke a national record.
The Arsenal Wonderkid became the youngest debutant ever goal scorer – 18 years and 176 days – to break the record of Marcus Rashford in May 2016.
Those who expected that Albania would equalize remained disappointed after Harry Kane doubled the lead with a nice finish in the 77th minute.
At the end of the game, however, Tuchel seemed unfortunate with the performance of the team when he gave a brutal honest judgment.
“We were not disciplined in the structure,” said Tuchel. 'We have tried a little too much alone and out of possession.
'It was a liquid game in half the opponent, but not on the last 20 meters. We must take more risk with broken balls behind the line.
“We get better. We will understand better and I will better understand the players to find more aggressive movements. '
