The Aussie hunter called his shot and supplied under the brightest lights for his Octagon debut in 2016.
Tyson Pedro fought 11 times in the UFC before he announced his retirement in March last year after a loss for Vitor Petrino.
When MMA's 33-year-old stepped, he went to boxing next to Darren Till Till Till and Darren Stewart instead who will face each other on March 29.
Pedro has already found boxing success with an impressive debut in the ring and that first impression can mean everything at the highest level.
While some stars such as Patricio Pitbull arrive in the UFC with a hype around their debut, for most others, that is their chance to announce the masses.

Tyson Pedro recovered from an early knock -down to submit Khalil rountree in Melbourne
After 4-0 on the Australian scene, Tyson Pedro personally asked UFC president Dana White for a place to return from the promotion to Melbourne in November 2016.
His wish was granted with a main map in the ROD Laver Arena against future 205-pound title Challenger Khalil Rountree Jr.
After he won his previous three consecutive fights through an entry in the first round, Pedro was able to keep this streak going to have a performance bonus.
The fight could easily have slipped away from him after Rountree, who had lost his UFC debut in July, dropped the Aussie with a huge straight left in the opening minute.
Pedro responded quickly and insured several Takedowns before he worked at the back of his opponent, planted him and locked the rear naked choke to get the tap.
He then produced a first round finish in his second UFC outing and put Paul Craig on UFC 209 the next March in Las Vegas before he ran his first loss against Ilir Latifi on UFC 215.
After a few up and down in the UFC, his opponent on that night in Melbourne Alex Pereira would challenge the light heavyweight title on UFC 307.
After the end of his five-fight winning streak by 'Patan' last October, Rountree is booked to be confronted with Jamahal Hill on 26 April in Kansas City, Missouri.
Tyson Pedro turned a corner in his career with his recent boxing debut
All six of the UFC victories of Tyson Pedro came in the first round, but putting together is something he struggled with for several reasons.
In his boxing debut, the former UFC Light Heavyweight stood opposite a colleague -dangerous knock outpartist and set up a dominant representation before he got the finish in round 7.
After having had a bad series of happiness since leaving the UFC with several canceled boxing matches, gaining this victory under his belt meant a lot and a clearly relieved Pedro reflected about it in an interview after the fight with Stan Sport.
“Everyone said I was crazy because I had left the UFC, so now to do it … I'm so proud of myself. I went through hell to get here, I am quite overwhelmed at the moment and I will probably cry in the room in a minute. “
