On Monday, Barcelona had to submit a request to the city council to discover their opening permit in Rquest, but with further exams it discovered that there were still problems with the security measures in the stadium, because they initially try to open it for 27,000 fans. After discussions on Tuesday, they agreed to push that meeting back.
The great effort for Barcelona is to be back in Camp Nou on 14 September to be confronted with Valencia in their first League match. If not, it can be behind closed doors.
