The UFC matchmakers added a lightweight banger to an already stacked map on UFC 313.
UFC 313, head by Alex Pereira vs. Magomed Ankalaev, is weeks away from the release in T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The map contains the return of Pereira for its next light heavyweight title defense after a strong case for 'Fighter of the Year' in 2024.
The UFC 313 Co-Main event contains the return of fan favorites Justin Gaethje and then hooker in a top 6 lightweight matchup. The winner could possibly be the next one for a title shot, depending on the next step of champion Islam Makhachev.
Curtis Blaydes, King Green and many other intriguing names return to the Octagon on UFC 313. The event is the return from the UFC to T-Mobile Arena for the first time since the start of the new year.
In anticipation of UFC Vegas 102, and just a few weeks away from UFC 313, the third pay-per-view of the 2025 promotion just received a huge boost in the form of two fan-favorite light weights.

'Banger' … UFC fans respond to surprise addition to UFC 313 Pay-per-View card
Light weights Jalin Turner and Ignacio Bahamonde's are said to collide in a short-notice fight on UFC 313.
The booking of the fight was first reported by the Carlos Contreras Legaspi from ESPN Deportes on Friday. Neither Turner nor Bahamonde's were originally planned to prevent alternative opponents on UFC 313 for Friday's news.
UFC fans were rejoicing after the news of the Turner vs. Bahamondes broke online.
“Banger!” A fan posted.
“You would like to see that the lightweight division becomes active in the new year!” Another responded.
“That's crazy.”
“This will be wild.”
“D— Good fight to make that PPV a little better, imagine that it is also an emergencyback up for Gaethje hooker.”
“That is a sick fight as long as it takes.”
“Jalin was again awakened for a banger.”
Turner returns to the Octagon for the first time since a loss for Renato Moicano on UFC 300 in April. In the meantime, Bahamonde's, a top teammate of UFC Welterweight Champion Belal Muhammad, returns after victories in three of his last four fights.

The addition of Turner vs. Bahamondes only comes a few days after a heavyweight matchup between Blaydes and Rizvan Kuniev was moved from UFC Seattle to UFC 313.
Bahamondes achieved a wild TKO victory on Manuel Torres on UFC 306 in September after a head-kick knockout from Christos Giagos last April. The former Dana White's Contender Series -striking will be confronted with the most difficult test of his career in Turner, who has a dangerous ground game to impressively go with his striking.
The winner of the Turner vs. Bahamondes will get a step closer to a place in the lightweight top 10. The lightweight Matchup is a solid choice for 'Fight of the Night' -eer on UFC 313.
