Alexander Volkanovski wants to win the vacant UFC -Fedweight Championship in What promises to be an exciting collision with Diego Lopes on 12 April in Miami, Florida on UFC 314.
With Ilia Topuria who leaves his featherweight title, the belt is on the line in the main event fight of UFC 314. Volkanovski lost to Topuria in his last fight, his second devastating knock -out loss in a row, which will only encourage the extremely confident Lopes that lead in the fight. The Brazilian has won his last five battles and looks like a man who is a man to become the next UFC Feather Wege champion.
Elsewhere, the Co-Main event sees Paddy Pimblett to a title shot, while Pimblett predicted the victory for his opponent, Michael Chandler. The Liverpool -hunter has not lost in the Octagon since 2018 and is in a row of eight victories in a row while climbing the lightweight division. He is confronted with a heavy striker in “Iron Mike”, and Chandler plans to call Conor McGregor after the fight to book their canceled UFC 303 fight again.

Alexander Volkanovski is a doubt after being a year -long break of the UFC
Although he is considered one of the best hunters in the UFC, Volkanovski is not sure that he will take the victory over UFC 314.
The Australian did not fight for more than a year after back-to-back losing to Islam Makhachev and Topuria, where he did not win their UFC world championships.
This will have made his self -confidence and have spent doubts about everyone's thoughts about his chances of getting back to winning ways.
Volkanovski admitted that he had doubts about this fight, but an early training camp and hard work to get back to Vecht form is all he can do to try to get another profit treak.
However, Lopes will not be an easy opponent to pass by in the Octagon and the Brazilian wants to increase his own winning series to six on UFC 314.
