Years before her UFC 315 win, Natalia Silva earned a shocking knockout on the UFC Apex.
Natalia Silva was one of the brightest stars of a turbulent night on UFC 315 on Saturday when she handed former flight weight champion Alexa Grasso a rare setback in the Octagon. After her unanimous decision win, Silva is about to have a flying weight shot.
Silva's first UFC finish was a candidate 'Knock -Out of the Year' in 2022, when she followed a victory over Jasmine Jasudavicius with a wild knockout from Tereza Beda. After her victory over UFC 315, Silva collected a 13-Fight-winning series.

Natalia Silva struck Tereza Bleda unconscious with a nasty rotating kick
Silva and Bleda could be seen on a UFC Fight Night card that underwent various large last-minute combat abnormalities and changes at the UFC Apex. But despite all the changes, the event yielded some highlight-reel moments, also between the two flying weights.
Silva and Bleda exchanged large shots over the first two rounds in a high-faced matchup. On the way to the crucial third round, and distributed with the score cards, Silva showed a great sense of urgency against Bleda.
Silva wasted no time to put Bleda under pressure against the cage in the opening minute of round 3, frustrated her opponent and forced her on the back foot. While Beda tried a desperate Takedown, Timed Silva perfectly with a rotating kick that Flush landed to Beda's chin.

Silva's knockout earned her a bonus after the fight for her efforts. Her next fight did not disappoint when she hit Victoria Leonardo with a first round of main kick just a few months later.
Fast forward to 2025, and Silva is one of the best contenders of the UFC Flyweight Division and has made a great thing for a title shot with her victory over Grasso on Saturday evening.
Natalia Silva's desired Flying Weight Title Shot might have to wait, thanks to Zhang Weili
But the desired UFC flying weight of Silva may have to wait a while, because UFC Vliegewege champion Valentina Shevchenko and UFC Strawweight title holder Zhang Weili are on a potential collision course. After Shevchenko Manon Fiorot had defeated the UFC 315 Co-Main event, Weili did not last long to respond to social media, causing a 'predicted' booking between the two champions hint.
Silva could possibly have another top candidate for her next matchup as the fight of Shevchenko vs. Weili flourish. UFC CEO Dana White was not available for questions after UFC 315, and the status of the potential Shevchenko vs. Weili booking is uncertain.
In the meantime, Silva is a flying weight candidate in the elevator and can fit Shevchenko into a potential collision.
