UFC 316 star became welterweight boogeyman with vicious 27-second KO in Octagon debut

Khaos Williams burst the world stage with a sensational version in his UFC debut.

In recent years, the hard-handy American Boogeyman has become Welterweight, where he scored vicious knockout victories on Abdul Razak Alhassan, Miguel Baeza and Carlston Harris.

Khaos Williams had a 10-1 record when he got his big shot at UFC 247 in February 2020.

Dana White clearly thought strongly about the 170LB Debutant, because he was linked to a nine-field UFC veteran who had won three consecutive octagonal attacks.

Khaos Williams won UFC debut with 27 seconds Ko

Alex Morono acted in his fight with Khaos Williams as a tough favorite to win.

One glance at his resume was enough to understand why he depicted to beat the UFC newcomer.

In a huge shock, Morono was stopped with strikes only 27 seconds in the first round at UFC 247.

Williams caught his opponent with a flush hook while they changed bumps in the middle of the octagon.

Morono tumbled backwards to the cage wall, where he ate various annoying follow-ups.

An uppercut dropped him on the floor before Williams hammered his head in the fence with ground attacks.

Fortunately, the referee stepped in to prevent Morono from being made completely unconsciously.

While Williams sprinted to celebrate his upset victory, doctors checked Morono, who looked like he had no idea what had just struck him.

What is the next step for Khaos Williams?

Khaos Williams was stitched cold in February in February by Gabriel Bonfim at UFC Vegas 102.

He will try to return to winning ways against promotional newcomer Andreas Gustafsson on UFC 316.

They will throw down on Saturday evening during the Undercard of Merab Dvalishvili vs Sean O'Malley 2.

Williams would put a victory on the right track for a chance of a ranked opponent in the not too distant future.

Gustafsson will try to cause an upset in his UFC debut, as Williams did more than five years ago.
