The return from the Octagon to Newark, New Jersey has lost one of the fights that would take place on the PPV head card.
UFC 315 took place only a few days ago, but as always is the case in MMA, the sport never stops moving and that means that UFC 316 is not far away.
7 June, the MMA leader sees coming in the Prudential Center where the Bantamweight title Rematch between Merab Dvalishvili and Sean O'Malley is at the top of the bill.
Together with the resort between Joe Pyfer and Kelvin Gastelum, there are some nice matchups on the map, even if this is not the strongest PPV event of 2025.
Unfortunately, one of the biggest collisions has now lost weight after the UFC had already confirmed that it would take place on the main map.
Marlon 'Chito' Vera withdraws from UFC 316 Matchup with Mario Bautista
Marlon 'Chito' Vera is from his UFC 316 fight with Mario Bautista for non -known reasons, as reported for the first time by Magicm_Mmabets on X, formerly Twitter.
The former Bantamweight-title Challenger is still on the #7-position losing back-to-back during its 2024 campaign.
After a one -sided defeat in his rematch with Sean O'Malley on UFC 299 in March, Vera was beaten last August by Deiveson Figueiredo in Abu Dhabi.

As for Bautista, which is at #10, he is one of the most in-shaped opportunities at 135 pounds that has won seven consecutive fights.
His last defeat came back all the way to UFC 259 in March 2021, with the American controversial Jose Aldo defeating the last time -out on UFC 307 in October.
MMA Fighting reported that the promotion Bautista wants to protect a replacement opponent by a few weeks to go to the combat evening, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
Vera vs Bautista was planned as the second fight on the PPV head card after the matchup between Vicente Luque and Kevin Holland.
Who could come across Mario Bautista instead of Marlon 'Chito' Vera?
If you look at the Bantamweight ranking of the UFC, there are several names around Mario Bautista that have not booked any fights that would provide suitable replacements.
The most important problem is that they do not have the name value of someone like Marlon 'Chito' Vera, but former title challenges are hard to find, especially on the late notification.
Rob Font, Kyler Phillips and Marcus Mcghee would all be logical, but by far the most exciting option would be a competitor who is currently not signed at the UFC.
PFL recently announced that Patchy Mix has separated ways with the promotion and what a better way to make up for the lost time than to make the 20-1 former Bellator champion jumped on the earliest possible date.
