UFC 318 star Brunno Ferreira took the arm of his opponent, as well as a UFC record, at home with him with an annoying first round entry.
UFC Middleweight Brunno Ferreira was one of the many intriguing young stars that could be seen during the UFC 318 prelims. Ferreira was supposed to prevent the former rival of Robert Whittaker, Ikram Aliskerov, before Aliskerov withdrew due to injury.
In the absence of Aliskerov, UFC -Debutant Jackson Mcvy entered UFC 318 after he had to make his first Octagon appearance earlier this year. McVey entered UFC 318 with a perfect record through six fights, with all six victories in the first round.
This time Ferreira Mcvy gave a taste of his own medicine.

Ferreira and McVey wasted little time to come afterwards during their UFC 318 fight. Ferreira landed a few annoying bumps that neatly landed to McVy's Kin and suppressed his opponent with leg kicks.
Ferreira continued to get a large Takedown and spread McVey on the floor, while his opponent tried to switch from the lower position. After he had set up a fall, Ferreira got hold of Mcvy's arm and went to sink in a brutal arm bar that almost handed his rival a devastating injury.
Halfway through the Round 1, Mcvy tapped on the entry of Ferreira and the crowd of New Orleans went crazy.

Ferreira Matte UFC Featherweight Competent Jean Silva For most finishes (5) by a UFC hunter since 2023. Silva has submitted the most recently Bryce Mitchell to UFC 314 to climb the top 15.
For his victory over UFC 318, Ferreira arms submitted Petrosyan with an arm bar on UFC 313. He bounced back with successive victories after a loss for Magomedov abuse at UFC 308 in October.
Ferreira earned a UFC contract via the Contender Series of Dana White in 2022. In his promotion debut, Ferreira Gregory Gregory Rodrigues spent with one fell swoop on UFC 283 to claim itself as a clear prospect in the middleweight division.
UFC 318 starts with flurring of finishes on the prelims
Ferreira's victory was not the only remarkable performance of the UFC 318 Prelims. UFC Women's Flying Weight Carli Judice started the promotion with a third round knee knockout about Nicolle Caliari.
The former enemy of Anthony Smith, Ryan Spann, submitted Lukasz Brzeski with a Guillotine Choke to win his first heavyweight victory. UFC 318 is led by a BMF title Matchup between Max Holloway and Dustin Poirier.
UFC 318 marks Poirier's pension fight after a long, legendary career in the Octagon. In the meantime, Holloway wants to keep his BMF title and go back to the title mix at lightweight.
