Conor McGregor is apparently back in consistent training while he wants to return to the UFC in 2026.
Although he has not participated since 2021, Conor McGregor is preparing for a return to action in 2026 after the announcement of Donald Trump of a UFC event in the White House.
'The Notorious' made a huge step in the direction of his comeback when he recently returned the test pool and registered his first test session in a while.
And with that UFC boss Dana White recently admitted that he trusts that McGregor is making his comeback more than he trusts to make his comeback, because he has also explained his interest to compete at the event of the White House.

UFC Legend Slams McGregor's Comeback plans
Not only did the former double champion re -introduced the test pool, he apparently returned to training because he has posted images online in recent weeks.
Although the Irishman seems as if he is in the right mindset to return, his comeback is disputed by UFC legend and the current commentator Daniel Cormier, who believes that he is just trying to remain relevant.
“Conor says he always wants to fight, and everyone jumps to it, but it is as if he wants to stay relevant, he wants to stay in the news, he wants to be familiar to be Conor McGregor without being Conor McGregor,” Cormier said in the Club Shay Shay Podcast.
“That kind of sucks, because when he was the man, I bet that you applied, I bet you used more than ever at the UFC because he could sell a fight,” Cormier continued.
Although McGregor was the best hunter in the UFC history at the sale of PPVs, it doesn't matter if he makes his comeback in 2026 because the new $ 7.7 billion temporary employment deal has disappeared with the PPV model.
