UFC legend laughs at Conor McGregor’s latest training footage as fans urge him to ‘just stay retired’

The return from Conor McGregor to MMA training has not confidently filled fans about his potential UFC -Comback.

McGregor did not enter the Octagon in more than four years. The former featherweight and lightweight champion was last in action at UFC 264 in July 2021, when a broken leg brought his trilogy against Dustin Poirier into an anti -limactic end.

Six months earlier, McGregor suffered his first knockout loss in MMA, which means that his victory over Donald Cerrone in 2020 will remain his only triumph in the last nine years. That fact has left many about writing every chance that the Irishman finds more success as a hunter, especially after a broken Teen Comeback plans had canceled in 2024.

'The Notorious', however, recently led to talking about a return by responding positively to the planned UFC Witte Huis event of Donald Trump in 2026.

July 4 next year is a Saturday, with regard to President Trumps UFC Witte Huis event.

I will rule President of Ireland, slightly less than 1 year when I take the lawns of the White House out.

Epic proportions! Or as I like to call it, Tuesday at the office.

To vote…

It was not long before fans also take a bill from McGregor's latest training images.

A significant part shared a sentiment similar to that of Cyborg, where some encouraged him to stay away from a return to the cage and others who predict another loss when he ignores those supplications.

“Bro looks so bad now, just stay retired.”

“He will never come back!”

“He gets the first round KO'd.”

“So bad and slow and just weird. Stay retired, because you will be eliminated in round 1. Look it, it is over.”

“Slowly in Chuck Liddell changes for retirement.”

However, others still see a few suitable matchups for the Irishman.

“(Michael) Chandler or (Nate) Diaz would be a good fight for him.”

“Him vs Donald Cerrone 2 would now be a good matchup, both jump back from the equipment in the test pool.”

“I still think it is possible that he could ko (ilia) topuria ko. Conor has destroyed short orthodox hunters all his life.”
