UFC legend Mark Coleman loses 30lbs in three weeks to make fighting weight for bizarre RIZIN cameo

Mark Coleman is back to his fighting weight after a dramatic three -week body transformation.

The former UFC champion Heavyweight, who also competed for light heavyweight during his career Van Hall of Fame, has not fought anymore since he lost Randy Couture in February 2010.

Nevertheless, the 60-year-old recently had a huge weight-broken to prepare for something else.

Mark Coleman claims that he has lost 30 pounds and is currently on the same weight that he was for his two-Fight series with colleague MMA legend Mauricio 'Shogun' Rua, who started two decades ago.

On Sunday, Jiri Prochazkas shocked almost naked cameee in the Rizin Grand Prix in Japan fans.

The former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion appeared on stage with six other legends, including Coleman, who wore nothing but a Mawashi when they participated in an epic opening ceremony.

“Blessed to participate in the opening ceremonies of the Rizin Grand Prix from 2025! I had the drums for thousands of beeches,” Coleman thought about Instagram.

“Yes, I felt very comfortable in my underwear .. My goal was to make my pride GP weight 228 pounds. But decided to fight my Shogun Rua 224LBS.

“Yes, I felt great that evening! I dropped 30 pounds in 3 weeks. And now it is over, I will certainly like to get 40 pounds back before I land in America.

“Life is what makes you make it a great Sober's course thing once carnivore diet, is a bad ass hammer house is always for life.”

What is the next step for Mark Coleman?

Coleman will soon see moments of his legendary life on the silver screen.

'The Hammer' is depicted by Ryan Bader in the upcoming MMA film 'The Smashing Machine'.

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson will play the leading role of Mark Kerr, two-time UFC Heavyweight Tournament teammate of UFC Heavyweight Tournament.

Coleman responded to the trailer of the film that dropped by paying tribute to the man who portrayed his friend.
