UFC legend pitches the ultimate card featuring the two biggest rivalries in MMA history and himself

The UFC has set up some blockbuster events, but what would an ultimate map look like if you handed the reins to two former hunters?

When he first became the president of the promotion, Dana White claimed that he would bring the UFC to new heights and transform into the “Super Bowl of Mixed Martial Arts”.

Although he has apparently achieved this goal, there will always be criticism and people who believe they can do the best possible events.

With fans who are currently asking who could lead the event of the Promotion in the White House in 2026, two Legends of the Sport recently met to put together their Dream UFC maps.

Daniel Cormier places money in the foreground of his ultimate UFC card with various huge rivalry

In a recent episode of ESPN MMA's 'Good Guy / Bad Guy', Daniel Cormier and Chael Sonnen were given the task of building the ultimate UFC card.

Their only rules were that they had to put together a five-field main map with some of the biggest names in the sport that all received a price value, in which both men had only a maximum of $ 30 to spend.

From the start, Cormier made it clear that his general goal was for his ultimate map to bring the most money and eyeballs that you nominate by booking the next chapter in four of the greatest rivalry in sport.

“They would like to call me a business man,” said Cormier. “Oh, DC is a company man. Of course they write to me huge checks every time I go to work. So I think of myself and the company because the bigger the fight, the more the boys make.”

With that in mind, the map was covered by Conor McGregor for the second time against Khabib Nurmagomedov and Cormier himself took on Jones.

The rest of his main map consisted of Chuck Liddell versus Randy Couture, a trilogy fight between Kamaru Usman and Jorge Masvidal and a nice main card opener between Dustin Poirier and Frankie Edgar.

Chael Sonnen gives priority to dream fights that we have not seen in his ultimate UFC card

While Daniel Cormier chose to concentrate on the use of fights in which fans have previously been invested for his ultimate map, Chael Sonnen took a different route.

“Now you came up with the position of boys, I role the company,” said Sonnen during ESPN MMA's 'Good Guy / Bad Guy'.

Topping Sonnen's map were two huge fights that fans never saw, with Brock Lesnar opposite Francis Ngannou and Georges St-Pierre on Anderson Silva.

Amanda Nunes versus Kayla Harrison was a Sonenpitch that seems to be for both women, while Nick Diaz against Khabib Nurmagomedov and a rematch between BJ Penn and Diego Sanchez are out of the question.
