On UFC 319, Khamzat will compete Chimaev in his first UFC title fight.
The undefeated middleweight was expected to achieve great things from an early stage in his UFC career and there are clearly many fans in the hope that he will be successful at UFC 319.
Nevertheless, the former UFC hunter Din Thomas recently claimed that Chimaev Winning would be a “disaster” because of the track record of the Challenger for staying active in recent years.
Belal Muhammad went against Thomas's arguments by stating that the crowning of a new undefeated middleweight champion would be a huge moment for the UFC.
A colleague -Fc -midal weight weighed with his take a few weeks before this started to be a larger talk point before August 16.

Robert Valentin believes that Khamzat Chimaev can offer something that fans are now missing
In an exclusive interview with Bloody Elbow, Robert Valentin watched his matchup on UFC 318 before giving his opinion on some of the large middleweight matchups that were on the cards.
When the discussion reached the UFC 319 main event, Valentin first stated that he had no prediction or breakdown for how it will play.
Instead, he chose to increase the point of discussion that in his opinion there are many fans who support the challenger because they believe that he can bring something to the sport that it is currently lacking.

Valentin took a similar attitude as an Belal Muhammad by claiming that Chimaev that became champion would make the division more exciting and give the promotion a new big star.
“I don't really want a big prediction for this one, I just want to say this. The UFC fans now demand new, big names. New champions that are entertaining. Don't say [du Plessis] Is not that guy, he is definitely a character, but this old generation of champions and big names is blurring.
“The fans, you can now feel this energy in the UFC, they miss something or they want these super exciting names and Khamzat that guy in the middleweight division can be. If he takes that belt, it will shake the entire UFC and the fights to just make it enormous afterwards.”
Although he initially said that he had no prediction for this fight, Valentin later revealed that he believes that Chimaev will remain unbeaten in Chicago.
“It will be very difficult, but I hope and I think Khamzat will be at the top and takes the belt and then the new generation of the UFC will roll.”
The training partner of Khamzat Chimaev for UFC 319 believes that he will be drastically better in an important area
When removing some of his earlier problems with staying active in his career, the other big question mark is that Khamzat Chimaev hangs his cardio prior to UFC 319.
The only times that 'Borz' has been tested in the Octagon are when he was unable to put opponents away early, with some who believed that this will be the key to the success of Dricus du Plessis.
Arman Tsarukyan, who trains with Chimaev before August 16, explained in an interview with Kamil Gadzhiev that improving the cardio of the challenger has been a large part of their preparations.
“In this camp, Khamzat has improved his recovery capacity and strength and conditioning,” said Tsarukyan (translated by Red Corner MMA).
“So I believe in this coming fight, his cardio must be very good,” Tsarukyan added. “He was tested every day (in that area). His recovery capacity is a device that shows his recovery statistics every morning immediately after he finishes.”
