Fight fans were rushed to the defense of Alex Pereira after being called by a UFC colleague.
The former UFC -light heavyweight and middleweight champion, which last month lost its 205 pound belt to Magomed Ankalaev, uploaded a new video to his YouTube channel on Tuesday.
It showed the pound-for-pound superstar that worked on a new community project before he paid for the messages of people in a supermarket in São Paulo, Brazil.
A clip from Alex Pereira's actions of kindness was then shared on social media, where it attracted the attention of a UFC hunter, who caused a commotion with his shocking reaction of 10 words to the healthy images.

Jared Gordon responds to the charity activities of Alex Pereira
15-Fight UFC veteran Jared Gordon had the problems with Pereira who herself filmed charmingly.
“How nice, do it while there is no camera,” he replied to the viral video.
It was not long, the man famous for his controversial loss for Paddy Pimblett had to do with angry 'Patan' fans in his commentary section.
“You are too old to hate,” said a fan. While another added: “Damn, this is a lame way to think.”
“Bro only likes to see negative things on his fluorescent,” tweeted a third person.
“Not a good deed remains unpunished,” someone else replied.
“Dumb Tweet, Delete,” wrote another fan.
“Which training partner yours did he have for you to hate him? Damn it, he is doing well, camera or no camera,” asked a sixth X user.
What is the next step for Alex Pereira?
UFC boss Dana White suggested that Pereira Anakalaev would Rematchen immediately after their recent five-round collision.
Since then, Pereira has confirmed Joe Rogan's claim that he was going to UFC 313 with a broken hand.
A pay-per-view in August was recommended as the event that would see the light heavyweight duo fight again.
However, Ankalaev recently gave a bleak update about his potential rematch with Pereira.
“I feel that you don't want the Rematch after I have agreed to August,” tweeted the Russian tweet.
It is currently unclear what the next one is for Ankalaev, Pereira and the UFC title of 205LB.
