UFC translator admits that two post-fight interviews in Mexico City had him emotional before he even started

It was an emotional evening for some of the home favorites in Mexico City on Saturday evening.

The UFC returned to Arena CDMX on 29 March when the former flight weight champion Brandon Moreno was the bill against Steve Erceg.

As always, the fans were passionately behind the Mexican hunters on the map who had a great evening with different statement versions in total.

While Joe Pyfer has sworn to never return to the country after his fight with Kelvin Gastelum had been canceled, two hunters were particularly overcome by emotion after they had lifted their hands.

Moreno may have closed the night in style, but Edgar Coersez has also left a lasting impact with his impactful interview after the fight after beating CJ Vergara.

Fabiano Buskei says that the emotion came to him before he interviews Brandon Moreno and Edgar -Steurer

Brandon Moreno and Edgar Coersez have both major victories who led them to become emotional in their interviews after the fight for various reasons.

For Moreno he was finally able to break his bad series of results when fighting in Mexico City after he had defeated Steve Erceg in five rounds.

The Stoersez devoted his first round to his deceased grandfather and revealed that he sold his personal belongings to help the flight weight candidate pay for a considerable operation.

UFC translator Fabiano Buskei has often been praised for managing the emotion and personality of a hunter during the immediate aftermath in the Octagon.

A fan posted on X after the event to credit Buskei for his work in the interview with the Stoersez when he switched the message of the Mexican hunter without losing one of the passion.

Buskei replied by saying that although he is usually unable to prevent him from being overwhelmed by emotion, this was especially difficult in the case of Moreno and Cozez because of their immediate reactions to come to the top.

“I have stopped tears many times, somewhat 'saved' through emotional things that only come up during the Octagon interview. Last night Coersez and Moreno had me in tears before I could even start, because there was something very deep and real in the way they were crying.”

Thank you.
