UFC Vegas 104 star scored insane 16-second knockout in sensational debut

UFC Vegas 104 Co-Headliner Chidi Njokuani made a statement in his promotion debut with a finish of 16 seconds.

Chidi Njokuani became a household name in his UFC debut against Marc-Andre Barriault. After he had a shot in the Octagon after a victory by Dana White's Contender Series and a Bellator official period up and down, Njokuani knew that he had to prove a point.

Njokuani is facing eleven Zaleski dos Santos in the UFC Vegas 104 Co-Main event this Saturday in the Apex. He returns to the Octagon in an exciting matchup with two of the most dangerous outs of the middleweight division.

For UFC Vegas 104, let's turn the clock back until February 5, 2022 when Njokuani made his promotion debut against Barriault.

Chidi Njokuani turned out to be Dana White correctly with a brutal UFC debut finish

Njokuani had an up and down MMA career prior to his UFC shot after a spectacular performance on DWCs. Fortunately for Njokuani, his UFC debut could not have gone much better if he had the talented Canadian flat with one fell swoop.

Just a few seconds in the fight Njokuani Barriault dropped with a bad right hand that sounded like a bat that hit a tree on the ESPN broadcast. Njokuani sealed the deal with brutal soil and pound follow-ups to put itself on the middleweight card.

The finish of 16 seconds, no surprise, Njokuani earned a bonus after the fight. Only a few months later, in his next UFC fight, he played Duško Todorović with an elbow.

Israël Adesanya's two -time rival return in the UFC Vegas 104 Headliner

Njokuani will go his strong momentum to UFC Vegas 104. At the age of 36 he no longer has time for a potential middleweight title push, but he enters UFC Vegas 104 on a two-fighter win reak about Rhys McKee and Jared Throwen.

UFC Vegas 104 contains the return of former middleweight title -Uitdager Marvin Vettori against Roman Dolidze. From the middleweight fighters is expected to set up a fireworks match for Vecht fans on paper.

It is a long time ago for Vettori, who returns to the cage for the first time since a loss for Jared Cannonier in June 2023. He also has an earlier victory over Dolidze and defeated him through a unanimous decision on UFC 286.

Dolidze returns after recent victories over Anthony Smith and Kevin Holland. A victory over a middleweight support pillar such as Vettori will prove that it belongs in the photo of the middleweight.
