AC Milan coach Sergio Concukicao is not interested in speculation about his work, while he prepares for potential successor Cesc Fabregas' Como in Serie A on Saturday.
Milan is the ninth in the Italian flight with 44 points of 28 games and were eliminated from the Champions League by the Dutch side Feyenoord in a play-off draw last month.
Their versions have speculated in the Italian media about the future of Conukicao in the club, with Como -Baas Fabregas under the names that are linked to the task.
“I can't determine what others say and think,” said Conceicao reporters prior to the game in San Siro.
“I can determine what we do in the training, the rest is what it is. I have been a football man for many years, I am used to everything.
Asked about the former Arsenal, Barcelona and Chelsea -Midfielder Fabregas, said Concuyo: “If the motivation to win began, I would be sick, I would have to go to the hospital.
“Fabegas is a good coach, he is doing well. Our motivation is the three points.
“We have to study their strengths and weaknesses and do our work, concentrate on us. If we do what we have worked on, we are closer to winning it.
“It's Milan against Como, not Congicao against the opposite coach.”

Milan has admitted two goals in each of their last four league matches.
They have previously admitted more than one goal in five consecutive games in one Serie A season only three times in their history – twice in the 1940s and most recently in 1974.
The Portuguese coach, who rarely had more than a few days between competitions since he was in charge of the team in December, added that he was happy with the possibility of spending the entire week of training with the entire Milan team.
“It was very, very important. It is important for us to work on game situations and we also needed it at a physical level,” he said.
“The boys' reaction was fantastic in mind. I like to see the spirit they also have in the game.
“They are happy, they are happy. We are working on things we have never worked on before.
“We fight every day to evolve as a team … Como is a difficult team to face. I don't think too far ahead. I see joy and pleasure in working.”
Conuuicao said that midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who has not presented in a league match since December because of muscle injuries, was available for selection.
“I never had him because of injuries, now he is 100%. He is not ready for 90 minutes yet, but I really like him,” he said.
“He is a very strong midfielder, he comes well in the opponent's area. He is physically a monster, I hope to have him available in this game. Last year he scored 10 goals, he is a great quality box-to-box player.”
Como is now 13th in the table and Venezia gave a 1-1 draw in their most recent outing last Saturday.
They have won 17 of their 29 points in the Serie A this period against teams that are currently in the upper half of the table. Only Napoli (30), Atalanta (22), Inter (20) and Juventus (19) have won more points this season.
