It was a tragic blow Monday night when it emerged that Bryan Zaragoza had broken a metatarsal bone and will be out for the next few months. However, that does not prevent him from proving his ability in La Liga.
Zaragoza will undergo surgery on his foot but could be back as early as February this year. According to Sport, Villarreal are already considering a transfer for him next summer. Bayern Munich will obviously have to make a decision on his future next summer, but Zaragoza is considered a top option by the Yellow Sub.
The ex-Granada winger is on loan at Osasuna this season and has already provided five assists this season. Alongside Ante Budimir, he was one of the best for Los Rojillo, after a difficult six months in Munich. Zaragoza joined Bayern from Granada for a total of 17 million euros, a transfer that Villarreal will not be able to negotiate, but they can try to reduce that amount.
