Vinicius Junior has officially moved to the world of ownership of the football club with the purchase of Portuguese side FC Alverca.
According to the Brazilian TV station record, the Brazilian is part of a consortium that has bought a majority stake in the second row of outfit.
The previous owner, Ricardo Vicintin, sold somewhere between 70 and 80 percent of the club to the Madrid star and his partners.
“FC Alverca – Futebol, SAD announces that engineer Ricardo Vicintin has sold his qualified interest in the company to a group of Spanish and Brazilian investors,” is an explanation.
The financial details are not announced at the moment, although more information is expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.
Vinicius is not the first Los Blancos-Man to make such a movement with Kylian Mbappe who reaches the headlines last year after he has become the majority shareholder in the French Side Stade-Malherbe Caen.
Alverca are located in Alverca do Ribatejo, about 15 miles from the capital Lisbon.
The team is second in Alverca Do Ribatejo, only two points behind leaders Tondela.
The teams that end in the top two will secure automatic promotion to the top flight.
Last season, the club only insured promotion to the second layer and marked the return after 20 years.
