Dorgu attended Lecce's victory last night in Parma, but was not included in the MatchDay team.
Lecce and United have made conditions for a fee for the young Dane, who flew to Manchester in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Before that time Dorgu said goodbye to Lecce's Away fans in Parma and also had a word with waiting reporters at the local airport before he flew to England.
Dorgu will move to United for compensation that increases to € 38 million.
