Barcelona hopes to be the last team that the semi-final of Copa del Rey will reach, and they are on their way to doing what they went 4-0 against Valencia in their quarter-final draw at the Mestalla.
Hansi Flick chose to bring Eric Garcia, Frenkie de Jong, Fermin Lopez and Ferran Torres to the side that defeated Alaves last weekend, and it was the last to broke the impasse against his former club within the first three minutes. A quarter of an hour later he received the second of his and Barcelona, and Fermin Lopez would go to the act shortly afterwards to bring the score to 3-0. Now Ferran has shot his third of the evening home to complete a first half of Hattrick.
