Real Madrid has received a big blow in the La Liga title race, because Valencia has scored late to certainly achieve a memorable victory in the Santiago Bernabeu.
Real Madrid had a golden chance to take the lead after 13 minutes when Kylian Mbappe was polluted in the penalty area, but the tame effort of Vinicius Junior was saved by Giorgi Mhaldashvili. And they were made to pay 120 seconds later when Valencia took a shock when Mouctar Diakhaby went past Fran Gonzalez from the beautiful corner of Diego Lopez.
But only five minutes in the second half, Real Madrid equalized – and it was Vinicius who made up the penalty -Miss when he stuck home from close up after a corner. But in the end Valencia managed to get away with the victory when they scored in the 95th minute thanks to replacement Hugo Duro.
It is a huge goal for Valencia and for Barcelona. If they could maintain, it would be the first victory of Los Che in the Bernabeu for 15 years.
