This is the moment when two Superstars from Manchester City refused to sign signatures for a group of young supporters while waiting for a red light.
A video that is shared on Tiktok shows Phil Foden and Josko Gvardiol who were behind the wheel of their car, while the children had an appeal to them to sign merchandise.
Foden kept looking straight ahead, accompanied by one of his children, and slowly pulled away in the distance when the lights turned green.
Shortly thereafter, the same group stopped a Blue City home sweater and a pen to the nearby Gvardiol window, clearly in the hope that he would roll and draw it down.
One of the supporters could be heard to 'please' shouting while they were waiting next to the car, while another seemed to say 'he will not open it'.
At a certain moment the defender gestured with both hands forward, apparently pointing to the fact that they were stopped on a busy road with running traffic.
The response to the recordings on social media is mixed – criticized with both parties.
“I can't stop traffic to sign things!” A user said. “They are in the middle of the road.”
“Respect has now gone out of the window with children,” another posted.
A third wrote: 'Foden's with his son. Give his family some respect. '
However, viewers also believe that the players should have just signed the merch. Indeed, it was stated: “Absolutely shocking, football would be nothing without fans.”
