Legend Wayne Rooney from Manchester United has fueled a debate on social media after he was better than a list of superstar players, including Neymar, Sergio Aguero, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Robert Lewandowski.
Rooney will perish as one of the best players in the Premier League history after he had been injured in 253 goals in 559 performances for the Red Devils, so that they helped five titles, three competition cups, a FA Cup, the Champions League and the Europa League.

He also hesitated before he grabbed Harry Kane, but had no problems with the same thing to do when Alessandro del Piero was called. Some fans remained stunned that Rooney saw himself above so many top players – with many astonished that he thought he was better than Neymar.
A fan posted a crying emoji when he wrote: “Bro thinks he is better than Neymar, Suarez, Zlatan, Lewa, Haaland,” Like another added: “He is no better than Suarez or Neymar? Even close to Neymar.”
A third said, “The lack of self -consciousness is crazy” because another mocked him because he claimed that the choices were difficult, despite the fact that he called himself every time.
But a number of fans pointed out that Rooney was right to support his ability about all players who brought him as a generation talent that every available trophy won and surprised at a young age until the end of his career.
A fan of Manchester United said: “I am sorry, but if you don't judge Wayne Rooney, you should be younger than 20. Rooney in his time was unpackable generally considered one of the greatest talents in England and one of the most successful players of the generation of his generation.”
A second fan pointed out that many users of social media who criticize him were clearly a newer generation who did not see him grow up and said: “Prime Wayne Rooney knew all these players and it is not very close.”
A third pointed out that only two players mentioned could compete and said: “Different than Neymar and possibly Suarez, the rest of his answers was perfect. Rooney was a phenomenon.”
