West Ham and Nottingham Forest have been sued by the football club after their Melee in the Premier League match on Sunday.
Defender Murillo and Edson Alvarez clashed in the 13th minute of the 2-1 victory of Forest in the London Stadium.
That led to a massive confrontation that ended with forest couple Murillo and Felipe Morata and Hammers Duo Alvarez and Carlos Soler went into the book.
A FA statement was: 'West Ham and Nottingham Forest have been sued for the massive confrontation during their Premier League match on Sunday 18 May.
'It is claimed that both clubs failed to ensure that their players had not behaved every 103rd minute in an incorrect and/or provocative way.
“West Ham and Nottingham Forest must give their answers by Friday 23 May.”
It is the last in a long series of FA -disciplinary charges for Bos since their return to the Premier League in 2022.
The men of Nuno Espirito Santo claimed the victory thanks to goals from Morgan Gibbs-White and Nikola Milenković, where Jarrod Bowen scored a late comfort for the Hammers.
Forest organizes Chelsea on the last day of the season on Sunday, while West Ham travels to Ipswich.
