
West Ham has rejected an £ 50 million from Tottenham to sign Mohammed Kudus, according to reports.
Mail Sport understands that the Ghana International is happy to move and needs little convincing to accept personal conditions with the London rivals of the Hammers.
Kudus has a £ 85 million clause for Premier League clubs, active for the first 10 days of July. The attacker is one of the most sellable assets in West Ham and the club has accepted that they should sell before they can buy.
European clubs will have to pay a little less for Kudus (£ 80 million), while Saudi Arab parties are forced to cough no less than £ 120 million.
Despite the fact that Tottenham's last bid is rejected, it is clear that the two clubs are still negotiating a deal, according to athletics.
There has also been contact by Chelsea to register their interest in Kudus. Although no official offer has yet been made, there is informal talk about acceptable figures.
Kudus is said to be the second signing of Tottenham among the new boss Thomas Frank, after the loan movement of Mathys Tel was permanently made last month.
The 24-year-old would also be the first transfer between Tottenham and West Ham in 14 years as a deal was agreed.

Kudus arrived two summers ago in West Ham from Ajax for nearly £ 40 million and made an immediate impact, which he had yielded 14 goals in all competitions in his debut campaign.
He was a bright spot in the midst of a difficult season in the London Stadium, in which he registered five goals and another four assists during his 35 performances in all competitions.
