WEST HAM have reportedly joined the race to sign Marcus Rashford from Manchester United.
The willing Red Devils striker has barely featured at Old Trafford under new boss Ruben Amorim.
Rashford's future has been up in the air since he shockingly admitted last month that he is “ready for a new challenge”
West Ham have since announced Graham Potter as their new boss following the sacking of Julen Lopetegui.
And according to talkSPORT, the Hammers have “asked to be kept informed” of the England striker's situation.
Potter spoke of building on a “strong foundation” after being confirmed by the club on Thursday.
The former Brighton boss said: “I'm really happy to be here. It was important to me that I waited for a job to come along that I thought was right for me, and equally that I fit in well at the club where I become a member.
“That's the feeling I have at West Ham United.
“My discussions with the chairman and the board have been very positive and constructive. We share the same values of hard work and high energy to create the solid foundation that can deliver success.
“We are on the same page in terms of what is needed in the short term and how we want to move the Club forward in the medium to long term.”
Rashford is also reportedly a shock target for Tottenham Hotspur, who are eyeing a loan move.
Napoli, Juventus, AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund and Italian club Como have all been linked with a January attack on the United forward.
