Trent Alexander-Arnold will only become the seventh Englishman who plays for Real Madrid in the professional era.
The full-back of Liverpool, 26, has agreed the conditions with the Spanish giants.
Alexander-Arnold is said to have sealed a five-year contract worth £ 240,000 a week.

McManaman, a silky wing player, turned out to be a hit in Madrid.
The Bernabeu -Mixte immediately went to their new English hero, with his floppy hair and casual flair.
McManaman helped Real to win six trophies in four years and scored the second goal on his side in their victorious 2000 Champions League final.
He left Madrid in 2003 and spent the last two years of his career at Manchester City.
After hung his boots, McManaman worked as an expert for SETANTA Sports, BT Sport and ESPN.
Now 53, he can regularly be seen on the TNT Sports football report, especially when Liverpool or Real Madrid play.
David Beckham (2003-2007)
In 2003 Real Madrid Manchester United -Superster Beckham made their latest Galactico.

Jonathan Woodgate (2004-2007)
