Raul Rosas Jr's Bizarre 'Chiwiws' Catchphrase has conquered the imagination of viewers after his great UFC wins and is now a favorite with fans.
Although he has not yet completely reached the status of Alex Pereira's 'Chama', fans cannot get enough of the bizarre sense he debuted last summer. In his interview after the fight with Paul Felder after his victory over Ricky Turcios, Rosas entered the microphone and made a strange sound, which he later revealed that he was 'Chiwiwis'.
It has since become a viral meme and he continues to start interviews after fighting with the sentence. If he wins a victory tonight in his homecoming at UFC Mexico City Agaist Vince Morales, then it is impossible to deny that he will repeat it again.
What does Raul Rosas JR say after fighting?
Raul Rosas JR went viral on social media when he started screaming his friends in interviews after the fight by using a sentence they use in private conversations. Fans were not sure what he said, but since then he has made the word 'Chiwiwis' popular, which he says it has an interesting background story.
“A really good friend of mine, who is actually a brother for me, we spend a lot of time together, he would say it all the time, and it stayed with me,” Rosas told MMA Junkie last year. “It really came out when I had a training camp in Centro Ceremonial Otomí.
“It's on a mountain, and there is no service, so all you can do is train and play ping -pong and playing things like that. So if he would beat us in a game, he would go,” Chiwiwis, “or if we were to rumble. It just kept holding.
“After my fight I didn't even plan it or something. I had won and I was very happy with everything that went down, and it just came out and people thought it was great.”
Raul Rosas JR is the youngest hunter in the history of UFC
Fans were first exposed to Raul Rosas JR when he appeared on Dana White's Contender Series in 2022 before he even turned 18. He received Mando Gutierrez and earned a contract, which led to an exciting few years in the promotion.
“There was nothing to even discuss. We didn't even talk about it,” Dana White told the press after looking at the young person. “I have never seen anything like this … He is absolutely positive talented, he is special, he is different. At the age of 17 you just don't see any children dealing that age like that.”

Rosas won his debut under the UFC banner against Jay Perrin with a bonus-winning first round entry. His momentum, however, was stuck at UFC 287 when colleague young Christian Rodriguez overwhelmed him to make the unanimous decision.
However, he did not let him go and returned with back-to-back bonus victories over Ricky Turcios and Terrence Mitchell. He defeated Aoriqileng on UFC 306 and now gets a big return home in UFC Mexico City against Vince Morales.
