MMA has always been home to some eccentric characters who have their own methods to prepare for fighting.
The former UFC -light heavyweight champion Jiri Prochazka is perhaps the best example with a recent video that shows him training while he was blindfolded, which led to criticism from the fans.
On May 3, DeVeSon Figueiredo will look back in November from his loss to Petr Yan when he is opposite Cory Sandhagen in des Moines, Iowa.
Sandhagen has recently taken extra measures to try to get closer to a title shot with both men in the mix at 135 pounds as two of the top candidates who are not yet able to have Merab Dvalishvili or Sean O'Malley.
Figueiredo gave his supporters a look at his training camp in the structure of his second consecutive main event spotlight, where he did work to keep his head movement sharp.

DEIVESON Figueiredo has always had one of the most fan -friendly styles among the best hunters in the smaller weight classes.
The former UFC champion flight weight has a remarkable power in his hands and he often stalks his opponent to try to land some strikes with enormous consequences.

In a video placed on his Instagram, 'Deus da Guerra' was seen that go from side to side, as he used his head movement to avoid cones thrown to him from off-screen with impressive accuracy.
This exercise is certainly unique, but it makes sense for a hunter that counts on his vision and a fraction of a second decision -making to improve the striking exchanges.
The only problem is that in the first few seconds of the video that Figueiredo placed, he is immediately caught on the top of the head, two slips and then square in the face is hit by the fourth cone.
“10-9 yellow disk”, a fan wrote after the message was shared on X.

There is no track record for FigueIredo that is completely surpassed in the grip fairs, but it seems that fans are more concerned about this element of the fight for something else.
