
A team full of young talent, including three under 19 internationals, a recently inaugurated new training complex, the ninth best presence throughout Spain and the promise of a new stadium that will organize the World Cup 2030.
It is no wonder that the owners of Liverpool want to buy the Spanish second division club Malaga. They are confronted with competition from the owners of Paris Saint-Germain Qatari Sports Investments, who also have an interest in Portuguese side Braga.
If the Fenway Sports Group (FSG) wants to do what the owners of the owners of Manchester City have done with Girona, Malaga looks like an even more attractive proposition than the Catalan side that broke in the Champions League last season.

If the club is purchased by FSG, Liverpool will first have chosen those players to eventually bleed in Anfield, or to cash in as soon as they have settled.
The prospect to hold talent for a long time for long talent and to shake the club of the clutches of 51 percent owner Abdullah bin Nasser Al Thani, probably means that Malaga fans respond positively to every possible sale to FSG.

Malaga has the potential to pursue Girona if the right staff is set to design and manage a coherent project.
