Former Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has been accused of avoiding millions of tax payments as part of a regulation around his fleet of super yachts.
Abramovich, who was punished by the VK in March 2022, about his connection with the Vladimir Putin regime and forced to sell the Stamford Bridge Club, bought five luxury yachts involved in the tax plan, according to the Bureau of Investigative Journalism.
Lawyers who acted on behalf of Abramovich said in a statement that he had “always obtained independent experts and legal advice” and “in accordance with it”.
Since the sanctions, the billionaire has divided its time between Istanbul, Tel Aviv and Sochi while the yachts are stationed.

What can be said with certainty, his attempts to have his sanctions been told have failed with the Court of the European Union in Brussels that relieves him out of hand. He also stays in sanction in the United States.
