Barcelona is working on a step to sign Nico Williams of Athletic Club – that is the unanimous line of the Catalan capital. To do this, they must activate his release clause of € 58 million, pay taxes, and perhaps the most difficult part, find a way to register it.
La Liga President Javier Tebas made it clear that the sale was a necessity for Williams to be registered, and athletically there is no intention of negotiating more favorable conditions because of the poor relationships between the clubs. MD says that Barcelona is optimistic about making a deal.
