Allen was born on December 28, 1995, making him 29 years old from July 2025. He was born in South Carolina, where he started learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at the age of 13.

The next fight by Brendan Allen
The next fight of all is on UFC 318, where “all in” Marvin Vettori accepts on the provisional map.
