UFC Middleweight Gregory 'Robocop' Rodrigues is must-see TV. The Brazilian Terminator has torn its competition in the UFC with wild intentions.

'G-Rod' flies under the radar for many MMA fans, because he suffered setbacks in his earlier UFC career who stopped his momentum. Now he is preparing for his first crack at the UFC ranking when he compiles Jared Cannonier in the main event of UFC Vegas 102 on February 15, 2025.

Gregory Rodrigues Age, Weight and Length

Rodrigues will be 33 on 17 February 2025. He competes at 185 pounds in the middleweight division and is mentioned as six feet three centimeters long. Rodrigues is larger for MMA middleweight and has a registered range of 75 inches.

From 11 February 2025, Rodrigues is 16-5-0 in professional MMA, with a UFC record from 7-2. He has nine wins through Knock -Out, four by submission and three per decision.

'RoboCop' debuted in the UFC in June 2021, shortly after winning the LFA Middle Weight Bell with a knock -out victory over the future UFC hunter Josh Fremd. In his debut, he fought remaining competitions Dusko Todorovic against a decision before he hit Jun Yong Park in his next fight.

Rodrigues has five losses in MMA, three of which came to the UFC. Rodrigues was eliminated in his professional debut by NU-14-1 Bruno Lopes-Die in 2024 from the Contender Series of Dana White (DWCS) and debuted in January 2025 with a victory over Magomed Gadzhiyasulov in UFC Saudi Arabia.

Rodrigues then lost his third fight due to a split decision before he went on a six-fighter-winning series to secure his place on DWCs. Here he was eliminated by the future Welterweight Reisman Jordan Williams. Rodrigues secured the LFA Middleweight title before being invited to the UFC.

Rodrigues made the best of his second chance and insured victories over Todorovic and Park before he dropped a controversial decision to Arman Petrosyan. Ten of the 14 media members scored the fight in favor of Rodrigues, just like 70 percent of the 188 fans who have submitted their scores on MMA decisions.

Rodrigues withdrew with back-to-back versions of the night and won fights against Julian Marquez and Chidi Njokuani. In his struggle with Njokuani, Rodrigues suffered one of the dirtiest injuries in UFC's history, but he remained enough to get a round two TKO.

Rodrigues noted: 'I have three eyebrows' about his cut after the fight.

'G-Rod's' biggest setback was his next fight against debutant Brunno Ferreira, who killed Rodrigues with a left hand late in the first round. Rodrigues has not lost since then.

Gregory Rodrigues vs. Christian Leroy Duncan

Rodrigues recently beat the British Christian Leroy Duncan on UFC 304 in July 2024. The fight was almost even according to Bookmakers, but Rodrigues brought 'CLD' from pillar to mail, bleeding Duncan to secure a unanimous decision. Before the event, UFC mentioned CEO Dana White Rodrigues-Duncan a “Must-Watch Prelim.”

This victory over Duncan has closed Rodrigues' current Three-Fight-winning series, which he is wearing in his fight with Cannonier.
