Chelsea vs Liverpool

Kewku Afari: More than 3.5 goals – 5/4

“I expect goals in this. They are pretty short opportunities, but the statistics also make it back.

“Liverpool is now champion after that victory against Spurs last week and scored in each of their last 30 Premier League matches.

“While Chelsea has not succeeded in holding a clean slate against a top side since August. There are goals in this.

“Liverpool will not be on the beach, but they can be a little more open. Chelsea is now in the Win mode, but I cannot predict Chelsea winning.

“However, I will predict many goals in this.”

Will Pugh: Chelsea to win – Evens

“Liverpool has now done their work for the season. I think I went for a Chelsea victory for the value instead of choosing a imaginative bet.

“Chelsea is at home and I know that Liverpool has been difficult to beat this season, but I just like that there is some value.

“The statistics support it again. Chelsea has picked up 17 points in their last eight Premier League matches.

“While only two Liverpool managers (Bill Shankly and Roy Evans) won their first league games against Chelsea at Red Boss.

“Arne Slot would only be the third Liverpool-Gaffer who did that after their 2-1 victory earlier in the season.”

James Mackie: Luis Diaz to score or help – 2/1

“I think this is a great price for a player who this season in and under the goals and assists.

“Diaz scored or helped in six of his last seven Premier League performances.

“While he also has three targets in three league matches against Chelsea.

“When he starts, I think it's the hidden value on Sunday on 2/1”.

Brighton vs Newcastle

Kewku Afari: Brighton to Win – 8/5

“If you look at Newcastle's record at Brighton, it's not good.

“The magpies are Winless in all seven of their Premier League visits to Brighton. They have been pulled four and lost three.

“This is a place where Newcastle is struggling and despite their great shape, Brighton always appears to be difficult customers for the Toon Army.

“Brighton has already defeated Newcastle twice this season, 1-0 in the Reverse League match and 2-1 in the FA Cup. History points to a victory from Brighton”.

Will Pugh: More than 4.5 goals – 3/1

“I am just goals, goals, goals. We saw last week that there were five goals in the 3-2 victory of Brighton in West Ham.

“This season, Brighton is one of only two games in the Premier League that have scored and admitted both more than 55 goals.

“Each of the last 11 games of the Seagull has seen at least three goals scored. That is 45 goals in 11 games – on average 4.1 goals per match.

“Couple that with the fact that Newcastle has won 27 Premier League matches with a margin of three or more goals under Eddie Howe”.

James Mackie: Alexander Isak to always score – 11/10

“This is just a value bet. If you get an excellent striker like Isak, Kylian Mbappe or Mohamed Salah to score and you get opportunities, you have to look at it.

“Only Salah has more goals in the competition that Isak in 2025 is playing a Brighton side that has leaked goals and this looks like a good price”.

Newmarket – Sat, 3.35 pm

James Mackie: Field of Gold – 7/4, Rulating Court – 4/1, extended – 9/2, Scorthy Champ – 13/2, Shadow of Light – 7/1

“I think this is when racing really kicks into gear, this is the best three -year -olds who take more than a mile on top of each other.

“This year an excellent field will post with all the big name trainers that runners have.

“You have Aidan O'Brien who has been expanded on 9/2, Charlie Appleby with reigning court on 4/1 and also shade of light on 7/1.

“But the prevailing court is the one who came for money. It is really a prestigious race.

“The horse I think is going to win is the field of gold on 7/4, he is a really sympathetic bray and was a really smart horse as a two -year -old last year.”

IPL – Royal Challengers Bengaluru vs Chennai Super Kings

James Mackie: RCB to Win – 8/15, CSK to win 6/4, Kohli Top RCB Run Scorer – 17/10

“CSK are 6/4 outsiders, but that looks very short because they are a team to do with a lot of work at the bottom of the table.

“I think the RCB to win the prize is also very, very short. So I think the bet is to focus on individual players.

“Virat Kohli is on fire. In his last three games he scored 51, 70 and 73 points – RCB's top scorer in two of those three games.

“We get 17/10 to maintain its good shape and I really like those opportunities”.
