England -Manager Sarina Wiegman claimed that her party is looking for revenge for herself when they return to Leuven for their nations complications with Belgium.
The Wiegman side is currently top of their Nations League group, with nine points and a perfect record on the way to Tuesday's game.
They walked over Belgium on Friday and sailed to a 5-0 win at Ashton Gate with Lucy Bronze, Millie Bright, Aggie Beever-Jones, Jess Park and Keira Walsh all on the Score magazine.
Nevertheless, Wiegman insists that the Lionesses have some bad memories of their visit to Leuven in 2023, where their defeat cost them a qualifying place in the 2024 Olympic Games.
“How I see tomorrow is that we really want to get revenge on ourselves. We want to show that we are better than we were then, and we can do much better,” she said.
“How I experienced that game [in 2023] Is that we did not play at our best, and it was behind the back of the World Cup, so we struggled with our levels. “
This time, the lionesses arrive in a much better form, which have already beaten world champions in Wembley 1-0 in Wembley.
But the team has plagued the team and Wiegman will have to do without any important players, such as Chelsea attacker Lauren James and Arsenal -Duo Alessia Russo and Chloe Kelly -who all withdrew from the team because of an injury.
“LJ [James] Has picked up a hamstring injury, so it will be assessed with her club, but is of course not available for tomorrow.
“It's the same for Alessia [Russo]. She had to go back to Arsenal to be assessed and hopefully will be back soon. “
Weigman maintained a hopeful view when he was asked about the seriousness of the injuries and added: “No, I hope not. But time will learn.”
Michelle Agyemang joined the Senior #Lionesses for the first time
Michelle replaces @alessiarusso7, who has returned to Arsenal for further assessment of a injury on Friday evening.
I wish you a quick recovery, Alessia!

England has also been hit by a few other important injuries, with Lauren Hemp, Georgia Stanway and Alex Greenwood all recovering from knee injuries.
Weigman was unable to offer a timeline for their return, but added that they are hopeful that they will be fit for this summer's euros, which will start in Switzerland in July.
“I hope they are back. I can't give timing. We just hope they will be back and perform and be healthy,” said Wiegman.
“We know what the schedule looks like and where we are now, but it can change tomorrow.
“I wouldn't say it's a concern, but it's just something that affects [things] And we try to get timetables, good for players to come back as quickly as possible. “
In the light of the absence, Brighton Vooruit Michelle Agyemang, who is currently on loan from Arsenal, received her first senior call-up, while Jess Naz also became a member of the team.
“[Agyemang] Was in St George's Park because they qualified for the euros with the under-19s, “said Wiegman.
“It was really fun. She is very excited and she immediately appeared in the training session today.”
The lion ribbons play Belgium on Tuesday before they complete the group stage with games against Portugal and Spain for the euros.
