The fights did not stop at UFC Seattle after Henry Cejudo and Song Yadong's controversial conclusion of the main event.
The UFC Seattle Headliner between Bantamweight contenders Henry Cejudo and Song Yadong was an entertaining back and forth as long as the fight lasted. Cejudo wanted to break a two-foot loss Skid since he ended his abrupt MMA retirement.
Cejudo and Yadong exchanged heavy shots on the feet in the UFC Seattle Main Event. But things took a controversial turn halfway through the five-round booking.
Yadong landed a casual groin strike and eye poring on Cejudo that brought the action to a screaming stop in round 3. Cejudo was deemed unsuitable to continue after an eye choke made the left eye of the former champion blurry and told referee Jason Herzog that he could not see.
Because the fight passed round 3, it was ruled a technical decision and the fight went to the score cards. Yadong earned the kink on all three score cards of the jury members.
