Alisha Lehmann has made a surprise movement from Juventus after she helped a competition and cup -doubles last season by becoming a member of Serie A Side Como.
Lehmann, 26, only joined the Bianconeri from Aston Villa a year ago with her former partner Douglas Luiz.
However, she is now looking for a new start after ending a difficult time of things on Euro 2025 – because she only played for 10 minutes for hosts Switzerland.
Earlier called the 'World's Sexiest Footballer', she has collected a huge following on social media, with more than 17 million followers on Instagram alone.
The Swiss International has also recently made waves in her relationship with former Villa midfielder and Brazil International Luiz.
Allegedly they split in May, after they first started to go for the first time in 2021, before they separated a year later and at the beginning of 2024 were again inflamed to have now separated again.
Her movement next to Luiz – when she both Juventus from Villa – was the first 'pair transfer' of his kind, but Lehmann saw her campaign 2024-25 disturbed by fitness issues.
Lehmann was then criticized for her alleged exaggerated parties after Juventus AC Milan defeated to win the Serie A title, since she only played 37 minutes this year.
After their triumph, the jubilant Juventus players were quickly enjoying their performance, dancing on the field in formation.
But Lehmann only seemed to lead the dance to the front, with her teammates behind her, and this seemed to touch a nerve with a few supporters who claimed that she had a minimal role in the actual campaign.
Lehmann outlined her reasons to become a member of Como and said that it was due to the Ethos of the Italian side when it comes to women's football.
Speaking with The Guardian, she said: “It is an independent club, fully focused on women's football – and that is really important to me,” says the former Aston Villa, Everton and West Ham player.
'From the beginning I saw that this was not just a team; It is a project with real goal and vision. [So] Signing with FC Como women just felt good. '
The club was purchased in 2024 by investment group Mercury13, which promised to reconsider 'football possession' – although the women's side has no ties with the men's team.
Lehmann got her own bodyguard at Euro 2025 because of her considerable popularity at fans at the tournament.
'We always ensure that the safety of the players is our top priority in all stadiums,' Sven Micosse, spokesperson for the press of the Swiss ladies' national team, told the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet.
'This is organized by UEFA during the tournament and our head of security is always on site.
“After the matches, he is always there when the players approach the fans, and because of the fame of Alisha Lehmann, he sometimes accompanies them a little further.”
Lehmann gave her followers a look behind the scenes in life at the euro away from the field, started sight-seeing trips and days off with her teammates.
Instead, some football fans praised the Swedish striker Alice Sondergaard as the world's sexiest football player – after completing her move to Genoa last month.
Sondergaard, 22, has already made waves at the highest level, after she has received her first call-up for her country at the age of 15.
She will now look to keep Genoa in the Italian flight after being promoted to the division for the first time.
Sondergaard was crucial for the excellent Bologna campaign, the last time-out of Bologna, a club that fought Genoa for a place in the top flight to the bitter end.
She previously played for Verona, also in Italy, and scored many goals in the B. series.
But her latest controversial movement put her back in the spotlight and supporters were quick to concentrate on her beauty and placed her on a pedestal above Switzerland superster Lehmann.
