Alisha Lehmann has arrived for criticism from fans who claim that her role in Juventus's title celebrations is not exactly proportional to the part she played in securing the silverware.
Lehmann came to Juventus last summer, with her partner Douglas Luiz, who also signed for the men's team, and she managed to lift the Serie A title in her first campaign in Turin.
Her Juventus side defeated AC Milan 2-0 to free up 10 from Inter Milan, who still have three games left and therefore a maximum of nine points to pick up, ensure that the Bianconeri cannot be grown on the post.
As such, the jubilant Juventus players were quickly enjoying their performance, dancing on the field in formation.
Lehmann, who has been labeled the 'sex-sexy football player in the world', seemed to only lead the dance at the front, with her teammates behind her, although this seemed to be a nerve with some supporters who claimed that she had a minimal role in the actual campaign.
The Swiss International only played eight minutes of the winning of the title-Klinching, her first league outing since a nine-minute cameo against AC Milan on February 9.
Lehmann has in fact only played 37 minutes since the turn of the year and has to perform for 90 minutes since a collision with Sassuolo in November.
To date, this is also the only time she played a full 90 minutes since she came to Villa in the summer, while the Swiss attacking midfielder is struggling to break into the first team.
From five starts and 15 general performances in the competition, she scored twice and had to pick up a first assist of the season, but some fans seemed to feel that they should not play a leading role in the parties.
“Why is Alisha at the front?” A fan asked on X, previously known as Twitter.
'She only scored two goals in 17 games FFS Where is Girelli? The actual star player. '
Cristiana Girelli, the 34-year-old Star Striker from Juventus, has packed a sensational 19 goals in 22 performances this season, including the two who decided the title against AC Milan.
One of the best players ever in her country, Girelli played 99 times for Italy and scored 51 times in the process.
“Zward and unnecessary, Alisha Lehmann always wants to be in the spotlight,” wrote another supporter.
“Central stage of Festivities Lol,” chimed another.
In a difficult campaign, Lehmann also apparently fell out of favor with her national team, omitted several times from the international luminaires of Switzerland.
The attacker, 26, posted a video on Instagram in April of her to subtract different skills and to complete exercises on a beach in Dubai, including reservation, Volleys, Shuttle runs and passing exercises.
She will hope to make in the European Championship of Switzerland, but it will be a fight after she also missed the international break in February due to a thigh injury.
Switzerland Baas Pia Sundhage has insisted that there is a way back for Lehmann, but admitted that her injury has hindered her business, with the euros in her home country now only two months away.
“We want to put together the best team, maybe not with the best players,” said Sundhage. 'The doors are open to everyone. At the end of the day there is a chance for everyone. '
Sundhage explained Lehmann's absence and added: 'She was injured and has not played for Juventus for a long time. She needs time to show that she belongs to the team. '
Lehmann, who used to play for Villa, West Ham and Everton in the Women's Super League, has recently been back to England as a coach in the Nieuwe Baller League next to Maya Jama. The Six-a-Side tournament, full of former football players and social media stars, is on Sky Sports and YouTube every Monday to mid-May.
