Eddie Hall is not interested in 'doing' business activities with his greatest rival Hafthor Bjornsson ever after their fight in 2022.
The strongest winners of the two world had a boxing match in 2022 with a bitter structure after years of fighting about their strong awards. The Icelandic giant won that meeting by decision, but Hall managed to drop him and the heavyweight fight was a huge hit with viewers.
Now Bjornsson is back in Strongman, while Hall is preparing for his entire MMA debut against Mariusz Pudzianowski at KSW 105 Gliwice, Poland. And the Brit has little interest in going back to the source of a feud that is still underway between the couple.
Eddie Hall not interested in 'Doing Business' again with Hafthor Bjornsson
A big problem around the first Eddie Hall and Hafthor Bjornsson fight was the payment for the event. They attracted enough viewers to occasionally crash the broadcaster and would each earn a seven -digit payment.
They were never paid, which thinks that partly had to do with Bjornsson. Hall only spoke with Bloody Elbow prior to his fight with Pudzianowski, explained: “I think it was done, we had our discrepancies, he had a painful loser moment where he could not take a loss and we had a fight for it.
“Unfortunately, the wrong man won in that circumstance, but I had to hit the man in the face, which was a pleasure for me. He went back to Strongman because he has nothing for him, so let him crack.
“I don't think he will ever come back to do the Rematch, so let him cross. I am done with that F – and D – head … I think you are doing business or doing sports with a man who hates you is a bad idea and I just feel that there were such bad signs.
“We were not paid for that fight! It was each $ 1 million and it all just fell on. I think many of them were people who were normal and guaranteed money and not trust pay-per-views and I think he was a big victim of that problem.
“Just do business with that man? I don't want to do it. There was just too much hatred there and that is still there and it is not a good idea to do business, what the fighting game is, with someone you hate so much.”
Eddie Hall sustained horror injury at the run -up to Hafthor Bjornsson Fight
The fight, for all his mistakes, caused a fascinating stubborn collision in which both men were sent to the canvas. They weighed nearly 650 pounds together, with Bjornsson cut an enormous amount of weight while Hall stayed enormously for his frame.

They had a first September 2021 date that had to be canceled because of Hall with a bad injury, which he had hardly recovered for the new fight. “I tore my left biceps in that fight,” he noticed.
“I literally had to go inside and fight that guy with one arm. That fight was a competitive F – for me. But if that hadn't happened, I was 100 percent sure that power would have just been too much. I think I was 8 kilos lighter than he, but with the size difference it was about seven centimeters difference. I was strong.”
