Yair Rodriguez has one of the most unique striking arsenals in the UFC and has scored various incredible knockouts during his career.
On April 12 at UFC 314 in Miami, Yair Rodriguez welcomes the old MMA star Patricio Pitbull in the UFC, with the Brazilian finally to make his promotion debut after years of calls.
Prior to their collision in the Kaseya center, Rodriguez and the 37-year-old were somewhat heated with each other after Pitbull had leaked DMs between the two, even though there was initial respect between them.
Rodriguez has been critical of himself for his fight and claims that he has not taken earlier fighting camps seriously and that he will correct it in the future while he wants to prove his contender on 145 pounds.
However, a camp that he took seriously was when he fought against Chan Sung Jung in 2018 during the 25 -year anniversary of the UFC.

Yair Rodriguez scored one of the most unique Ko's of all time
On November 10, 2018, the UFC returned to Denver, Colorado, the city where the historic UFC 1 event was held.
On top of the map was an incredible fight with featherweight between 'El Pantera' and 'The Korean Zombie', which resulted in five incredible trade rounds.
The Mexican striker showed his unique arsenal of Spokes, Ponsen and Ellebogen during the first few rounds, with the fan favorite Korean also presenting his veteran toughness.
After a narrow four rounds, in which two of the three jury members had three rounds Zombie, the two left for the final round.
The last round played quite bizarre, both bloody and bruised at that time, and several times during the round they stopped fighting to hug each other.
With another 10 seconds in the fight, Rodriguez and Chan Sung Jung stopped with fighting, both up their arms before they met in the middle of the Octagon and throwing down the last few seconds.
With another second on the clock, Zombie threw Rodriguez out of the way of, at the same time threw a completely unorthodox elbow, landed it on the Kin van Zombie and folded it to the ground.
Joe Rogan responded to Yair Rodriguez's Wild Ko
Although it is a monumental event in the history of the promotion, Joe Rogan was not part of the commentary team, because it was just a fighting evening and not a PPV.
However, the UFC icon has performed an episode of Fight Companion on his YouTube channel and gave its immediate response to the crazy knockout.
“Oh, he flatted him up! Oh my God, oh my God! That was insane. Wow! That was insane. He is still out; look at him. Wow! That is crazy. Was that on the buzzer? Opopse elbow, crazy. That was sweet, look at, scared!
“What a beautiful elbow, bang! Wow, oh my god! So fantastic,” Rogan exclaimed.
