The Spanish Association for People with Achondroplasia and other Skeletesdysplasias (ADEE) has released a statement about social media that has announced IT plans to undertake legal and social action in response to what it described as a humiliating and discriminatory act.
“The Association for People with Achondroplasia and other skeleton dysplasia hinders the hiring of individuals with dwarf gram as entertainment at the birthday party of Lamine Yamal. We will pursue legal and social measures,” read the statement posted on X.

The controversy comes from the Teenage FC FC Barcelona Winger's Blowout Birthday Bash last week, where he marked his 18th birthday in style.
Ghumbed in the Rocafonda district of Mataró, just outside Barcelona, Yamal reportedly did not save costs for the Milestone event, which attracted a stars with teammates, influencers, streamers and Spanish music stars such as Bizarrap, Duki, Ozuna and Bad Gyal.
Although the celebration went well into the early morning hours, there had been no signs of problems – at least publicly – until Adee released his highly formulated conviction.
Yamal was even seen again the next morning in the Barcelona training complex and underwent routine medical checks prior to preparations for the season for what his first full campaign as a legal adult will be.
Online criticism of humiliating use of people with disabilities
But the explanation of social media of Adee has inflamed a wave of criticism online, in which many call for more sensitivity and respect when it comes to how people with disabilities are treated at public and private events.
The association did not specify who hired the artists or what role they played during the party, but it made it clear that the such use of individuals with dwarf gram regards as humiliating and unacceptable. The organization is now insisting on broader consciousness and policy changes to prevent similar incidents in the future.
