Zabit Magomedsharipov’s manager drops major hint about potential return 6 years on from his last fight

Rumors started to circulate earlier this year that a former UFC star could make up for a comeback.

Videos from Zabit Magomedsharipov in training have fans talking about whether the former featherweight competition would make his way back to the Octagon.

The return was plagued by his teammates with more images that Magomedsharipov worked with Islam Makhachev last month.

For a long time, the 34-year-old is considered one of the largest 'Wat-IFS' in the entire sport after he had stepped out of his career of the Octagon during the prime.

Magomedsharipov has even rejected a UFC title shot to come back, but his manager has now hinted that it is finally the right time for a huge return.

Zabit Magomedsharipov ran away from the UFC in 2019 with plans to pursue another career as a doctor.

Fight fans were destroyed to see him go with many who the dynamic Russian prizes as a future featherweight champion.

With an unbeaten 6-0 record in the Octagon, Magomedsharipov was about to have a title shot after beating Calvin Kattar in November 2019 in his first main event spotlight.

Every observation of the former competition that is back in the gym is enthusiastic, but perhaps the biggest sign he could come back after all these years is now shared by his manager.

Ali Abdelaziz posted a short and vague but incredibly exciting message on social media that simply suggested that we will see Magomedsharipov soon.

As has been the case since his last fight in 2019, the mere mention of the name of the former star was everything that was needed for fans to start with the idea that he may have finally decided to make a comeback.

Zabit Magomedsharipov has not fought for six years and at the age of 34, even when he returned, who knows if he could still compete at the highest level.

Every fighting fan that was there during his climb, however, the featherweight division can remember how exciting it was to see him climb the ranks.

Magomedsharipov was an incredibly creative striker who mixes his remarkable wrestling skills to achieve three entry victories in the Octagon.

On the way to his fight with Calvin Kattar, Magomedsharipov was the #5-ranged competition in the division and although his last victory was not his most impressive performance, he was still firm in the conversation for a title shot before he walked away.
