Barcelona punished the sale of further assets at the end of December, so that € 100 million was entered in exchange for the rights to commercialize and to commercialize and use 475 of the VIP seats that are built in the renovated Camp Nou for a period of 30 years . The deal was only made public a few weeks later and the names of the companies have still not been revealed by the club.

Now Catalan paper sport has done that. An investor established in Dubai, who spent € 70 million on the deal, of which € 28 million has been deposited, in exchange for 400 of those seats does not remain further. The Qatari company that has spent € 30 million in exchange for the remaining 75 seats, of which everything has been deposited, has been unveiled as Forta Advisors Limited.

The company has only been in use for the past 7 months and was founded on 31 May 2024 and was registered in the United Kingdom with two drivers. One is Sultan bin Jassim al-thandi, and the other is Ali Abdulla Al-Thawadi. The latter was previously involved in Barcelona because he helped to negotiate the sponsorship agreement of Barcelona with Qatar Foundation among the then President Sandro Rosell.

The Forta Advisors website offers little information about the nature of their activity, and only notes that they try to invest in the most exciting and sector-rating brands of 'tomorrow'. The British company in the UK Highvern UK LTD was appointed as secretary of the company and also manage various other companies based in London, most of which are real estate companies.

Forta advisers are mentioned as a company involved in 'Combined Office Administrative Service Activities'. Certainly, it is background that raises more questions than from Barcelona members than it will answer, whereby the club also provides little information outside the conditions of the deal.
