After he was in the defeat against Fulham on Saturday, Kelly will fly to Italy this morning after the conditions between the two clubs were agreed.
Kelly will land on Caselle Airport before being brought to J-medical for his Juve-Fitnes tests.
Juve and Newcastle have agreed a loan costs of € 3 million for the defender, with an option to buy € 14 million worth € 14 million. Another € 2-3 million is due in bonuses.
Kelly is expected to attend the collision of this afternoon between Juve and Empoli.
