Man Utd sign two and lose TEN players as disastrous window for Ruben Amorim slams shut

The work of Manchester United in the January transfer star is ready – and it has been an overwhelming window for the Red Devils.

The men of Ruben Amorim have so far ended an absolutely terrible campaign, 13th sitting and a way of any form of European football. And some more signing sessions might have taken a long way to get them back on the right track.

Especially attacking recruits would have been very useful, given the goals of United this season. But it is in the defense where United Chiefs have chosen to strengthen this time.

Lecce defender Patrick Dorgu became Amorim's first signing since his arrival in Old Trafford. United has paid £ 29.2 million for his signature and he has signed a contract until 2030.

The Danish left back was also accompanied by another young defender Ayden Heaven, who completed a move from Premier League-rivals Arsenal. He put a pen on paper until 2029 and has been given a place in the first team of United.

Speaking after his move had been officially made, Heaven said: 'I am incredibly proud of becoming a member of Manchester United. I am grateful to everyone who helped realize this dream.

“There is so much that I want to achieve in the game, I will give everything to continue my development and become the best player I can be.”

And although it has been relatively quiet in the field of income, there have been a number of controversial outputs. Academy Graduated Marcus Rashford, who was banned from the first team by Amorim, has sealed a loan movement to Aston Villa until the end of the season.

The Midlands side has an option to make that switch permanent, while they are currently paying a large part of its wages. Colleague Wideman Antony is also allowed to leave after completing a loan movement to the Spanish side Real Betis.

That duo is the most controversial outputs, but there have been a whole series of other loan movements throughout the month. Younger than Gore became a member of Wigan Athletic in a temporary deal, with Ethan Wheatley a switch to League Two Promotion-Chasers Walsall.

The loan movements do not end completely there. Joe Hugill has joined Carlise, with Ethan Ennis also sent on loan to Doncaster Rovers. The city of Cheltenham has come for Ethan Williams, while Jack Kingdon has the chance to get a number of vital experience with Rochdale. Sam Mather and Louis Jackson have moved to Tranmere in the meantime.
