Lauryn Goodman focused on Kyle Walker with a remark of eight words on social media at the weekend.
Right-back-back Walker from England, who is currently on loan in AC Milan from Manchester City, was partying with two women last month.
The 34-year-old took them to Tocqueville 13 in Milan, one of the most popular night clubs in the city.
It all happened only one day after his wife, Annie Kilner, and their children flew back to the UK.
Kyle and Annie would go through a divorce last year in the aftermath of his affair with influencer Lauryn.

He publicly apologized to his family in an interview last January.
Now Lauryn has beaten him on social media after his night out in Milan.
In a comment on an Instagram message, she wrote: “But the judge said he is honest and reliable …”
Lauryn was supposed to move abroad in recent weeks to move to Italy to be closer to the father of her children.
But for now she is staying in England.
In the meantime, Annie and her football players have canceled their divorce.
They still see each other regularly, although Annie tends not to wear her wedding ring.
